I have no idea, but no one will ever question the wetness of paint if you tell them that if anyone touches that table/door/wall they will have the offending fingers broken off, they believe you, no questions asked.

No one can count to four billion but the wet paint is there for them to check. A lot of people will smell something they get on their hands or shoes rather than just clean it off.

they are extra careful with the paint and purely choose for to envision to verify because of the fact if the paint is moist, your clothing can get it or maybe he's waiting for it to dry or some thing and purely choose for to envision to verify. And there must be 4 billion stars and who knows of precisely how many stars there are obtainable?

I know, right? It is absurd. Stupid people, just believe us when I say the paint is wet.
