This is beyond ridiculous ,this woman is retarded. That is the best they can come up with? Teach the women self defense and make the rape laws more strict and increase the sentence for such a crime. There are as many evil women as there are evil men and some of those would purposely use this devise to hurt men and ruin them for life.

I would think that these devices can be abused by women who, way, want to get their SO back for cheating or something. I mean, not that they shouldn't exist, but the fact that they do means someone will misuse them with devastating effects on victims.
