sony vaio ram upgrade?

i have a sony vaio vgn-n250E black and it had got 1 G of ram. actually it has got 2 sticks of 512mb. I want to upgrade my ram to 2 G so i would need 2 1G ram. How muck does that cost(appr.)? does all rams fit my laptop? or are there types which are made for sony?

    Any compatable RAM, right Size, right specifications look up your specs and buy the Ram for it at specialist shops usally half price

    1) It'll cost you probably around $30-$50

    2) There is a type of RAM made specifically for laptops. DO NOT get desktop RAM. Also find out if your laptop has ddr or ddr2 memory.
