My question is: My aunt (permanent US resident) wants to buy a Sony laptop from the US Sony site. Then she will give it to me as a gift. I live in Romania, have no permanent US residence. I have read that if you register your product, you automatically have international warranty.

Can I register a product purchased in the US in MY name even if I do not have a permanent US residence? If yes, will I be able to benefit from international warranty service in Romania?

If I cannot register the laptop using my name, because I am not the one purchasing it, and I do not have a permanent US adress, can my aunt register it, give it to me, and then go back to the US, and if something happens with the laptop can I be the one who takes the laptop to repair here in Romania?

Both of these laptops are customizable and I tried to choose similar features, so that they both offer about the same performance. Yet the first one is cheaper.

So my question is can you see a particular difference between the two laptops' features that explains the price difference, and also is the more expensive a better one?

Hi, I'm thinking about going to college in the USA. New York City would be the best, because my aunt lives there, so i wouldn't need to pay for food and dorm. I only watch figure skating on TV... I am usually able to make a difference between the jumps, but I have some trouble with the toeloop, flip and lutz... I start to get which one is the toeloop, but really have no clue what the difference between the flip and lutz is... also, when watching the results, there are some skaters who do a flip for example with "wrong edge"...what does that mean? doesn't a wrong edge turn a flip into another jump?

Do you think it was fair that Chan got the silver and Joubert only the bronze? Joubert's free skate wasn't a perfect one, but nor was Chan's... He didn't land any quad at all, I know that the new system doesn't really reward quads, in some cases it is just better to drop doing quads, you can still win without one... Don't you think the system should be changed, so that in cases like this could be avoided, and make figure skating the sport it was before, not only an art? I'm desperate, Joubert is my all-time favorite, and I think Chan is ALWAYS overscored...

i have a sony vaio vgn-n250E black and it had got 1 G of ram. actually it has got 2 sticks of 512mb. I want to upgrade my ram to 2 G so i would need 2 1G ram. How muck does that cost(appr.)? does all rams fit my laptop? or are there types which are made for sony?

i stopped taking the pill on the 10th of April, had my period on the 14th.Then, i was supposed to get my period 4 weeks later. I took a test on the first day of my missed period and it came back negative. next day, so on the 14th of May i started bleeding but lasted only 2 days and 3 more days spotting. i was wondering if it was implantation bleeding or a period shortened by stopping the pill. whatever, i took another test on the 19th, still negative. then another one on the 25th(negative) and another one on the 29th(negative again), so the 29th was more then 2 weeks after my missed or way too light period. is there ANY chance that I'm pregnant and the 4 tests didn't show it and the bleeding wasn't a period affected by the pill but implantation bleeding? plz help, i'm only 16, and yes we used protection.

took four tests, all of them negative, is there a chance of still being pregnant? took first the second day of my missed period, the next 5 days later, the next 11 days after i missed my period and the last one today, so 2 weeks and two days after missing my period. I had some bleeding but it was light, which could have been caused by going off the pill... could i still be pregnant?(i don't want to)

The left side of my lower abdomen hurts very much after I fool around w/ my bf, for about 1 1/2 hours. Any ideas on what that means?
