How do I get my web pages to open full screen?

Whenever I go on line and open a web page, it only opens over half my screen, I then have to maximize it, so I can read it all.

How do I change my settings (or whatever), so the page already opens maximized ie over the complete screen?

usually your web page browser will open up to the size it last was when you closed it. E.g. if i had re sized mine to half the screen and then closed the browser, the next time it opens will be half of the screen.

Therefore, make sure you have a maximised screen when closing browser. The next time it opens, it should be at full screen.

Maximize your browser before leave it.

If the problem not solved, then open it in safe mode (in Firefox and IE 8). Do as first direction.

Or resize you browser by dragging its corner when it is a restore window. Then close it.

If the problem not solved now-ever, your browser goes to not responding and closing automatically. So you should first uninstall and then to reinstall.

You can also go to Mozilla Firefox website if using firefox.

You can ever go to IE website if using IE

    They have the solutions.

Most times any window has memory of sizing.

Grab the corner of your screen and stretch it out to full size. It will remember that setting for the future.

Also F11 puts Explorer to full screen.
