    Fruit Pizza

take one tube of sugar cookie dough and spread it out on a pizza pan like crust. bake it according to the tube instructions. let it cool.

Make 1 package of pudding. either vanilla or chocolate. Spread the pudding on the cookie crust like sauce. Top with sliced fresh fruit in circles. use strawberries, bananas, cherries, Mandarin oranges, Kiwi,Raspberries, blue berries. Use all or just some of the fruits your choice. Sprinkle with toasted coconut if you wish. Chill and slice like pizza to serve.

There's an awesome and delicious recipe that I have for an ice cream cake..very simple and really good!!

    You'll need:

    - a box of ice cream sandwiches(the long ones with vanilla ice cream in the middle)

    -a tub of Cool Whip

-Oreo cookies (or what ever cookie you like)

    -Chocolate syrup(optional:butterscotch syrup..yum)

-a glass or non stick pan works best

First layer your ice cream sandwiches ..how ever many fit in the bottom of your pan.

    Then layer some cool whip..

crush your cookies..sprinkle them on top, squeeze some syrup on top..

Layer some more sandwiches on top creating a second layer, repeat the cool whip, cookies and syrup..

Cover and stick in the freezer for at least an hr to harden and set all the ingredients.

    Last but not least ...ENJOY!!!!!!!
