I know a fast way to get rid of that credit...
If she's hot all you need is some swimwear and a camera ;)
you obviously already have the internet.

I would suggest the help of a credit counseling service. Total Credit Care will negotiate your debt and can help lower the amount of the judgment that is on her credit report. Total Credit Care does all of the leg work and keeps you in the process. Credit is somewhat of a slow healing process so the earlier you start the better. Good luck!

How is your credit? If you both sign a document in regards to a loan,or a line of credit, both your names will be searched as one, towards your application! Credit,if abused, takes up to 7yrs to clear. If YOU/SHE, contact these people who she owes money to,it goes along way to RE-establishing her credit line! Hey,were in a recession! If you make an attempt to at least contact these people, and cut a deal with them.Im willing to bet that you can settle(if you have the money) for much less than what she owes? EG .12,000 can be turned into 5,000,if you tell them that this figure is what you owe when you claim bankruptcy, and this is what your Lawyer is gonna charge! Play the game my friend, and all my best. Jackie.

I am getting a kick more and more out of these foolish responses like the one above. it will take sometime to fix this credit score especially with that judgment floating around. I would reach out to your local red cross to seek credit advice. I am afraid you are going to have to be on the loan only with only using your income. She may want to look at declaring bankruptcy.
