What product works reallllly well for heat defense?

I don't want to fry my hair...

please do not list anything expensive...

    I've always only used tresemme. The low hold one, so its shiny and smooth. I tried the freeze hold one before (for max hold), it holds the hair in place but it looks stupid lol, till you comb it, then it looks just like i'd used the other one.

    The reason i've only ever used this is because its so good :) its like £4

    For straightening I use Got2B Guardian Angel Heat Protect n Flatten spray. Got it from CVS pharmacy and it's only about $7. Works beautifully! It keeps my hair so soft and shiny that you can't even tell I blow dry it and straighten it daily. I spray a slight mist all over just before blow drying, then spray each section before hitting it with the flat iron. I LOVE IT!

    I use Paul Mitchell's Seal and Shine. I don't think it is too expensive.

    You can get it at Sally's or Ulta. Even some places like Ultra Cuts.

    Tresemme, £3.49....all heat defense products are usually this price, Loreal, Aussies...but the Tresemme one smells reli nice : ) x
