Firefox Opening Tab "Jumping" Problem?

Okay, so idk what the deal is but ive taken many precautions and taken many actions since this has started to get rid of this, assuming this was some sort of malware or trojan. everytime i google something and open a new tab in Firefox (latest Version) but it only opens a new tab with the title "Jumping" and the url is "http://vacmoresherry.com/?q=%22whatever it is i was searching"" but i dont want that, and it keeps doing it =[ it doesnt do that for web sites like yahoo, myspace and others like that but any search engine (even yahoo) i use and try to open results in a new tab, that happens.

what is this???

-Thank You

I succeeded in removing this from my computer by following the instructions found here:

I'm pretty sure you can't change that, you can make your homepage google for when you open the browser but not for tabs I don't think, of course you can always check out firefox's website and ask this question

Well...I'm pretty sure that I got a Trojan/Spyware to cause this. I installed a trial of a program and I instantly knew.

One thing I'll add to this dilemma is that it seems to be all browsers. It also seems to be throughout all search engines. Google, Yahoo & Ask as far as I've tried. SpywareCease doesn't see the culprit. Blasted spyware....

This problem doesn't exist in FF 2.0. I've tried on two different computers -- one with 2.0 and one with 3.0 -- and 3.0 gives me the "Jumping" problem while 2.0 does not. I'm pretty sure I haven't downloaded any malware.

Also, this does not seem to be a problem on Macs, only PCs.

    Sorry no solutions, just observations.
