Transfer programs from laptop to laptop?

I have Photoshop Elements 5.0. Next month, I am getting a MacBook. I am wondering if along with my iTunes, if I can get PhotoShop Elements transferred, too. Right now I have a Dell Inspiron 1501, so is it going to be a problem and I'd have to find the disc and reinstall it or will I be fine?

    You'll need to buy the Mac version of PE. PC version won't install.
