The answer is quite simple.
When Greece and Turkey will declare war to support their Arab brothers, Israel will annex Cypress.

Well, maybe so...but I wouldn't wish that on the Cypriots either! ;) Maybe practicing birth control could put an end to the >cough< natural expansion.
