Romantic restaurant in Baton Rouge, La?

My boyfriend and I are headed to baton rouge, la for the weekend, and looking for a romantic restaurant we can have dinner at. We're staying at Hilton embassy suites on constitution, so nothing too far away, and preferably not extremely expensive. Thanks!
