i want to know how you feel... seriously?

Question

let's say you're dating a super hot guy/girl. then you find an old picture of them and not only do they look ugly but nothing like what they look like now because of plastic surgery, how would you feel? wouldn't you feel like you were cheated? or wouldn't you be slightly turned off? i can't really explain why but i would find that unattractive. maybe cause the fact that their lack of self confidance drove them to go under the knife repeatedly... how would you guys feel?
i'm not just talking about a simple nose job. i'm talking "you wouldn't even recognize" plastic surgery.

Physically it may have helped them look more appealing. But it shows that they may have had a low self-esteem and weren't comfortable with how they looked. Which, in my opinion, is just as important as a the physical part. It also kinda makes them seem fake. Like they're hiding behind a "perfect face" if that makes any sense.

One of my friends already had 9 plastic surgery on his face. Its not b/c he wanted to it was more like he had to. he was in car crash over 2 years ago and he basically lost his face.  i couldn't recognize him. the way he looked was so terrible that i can describe it. Now he looks totally different and i don't think ppl should judge him for that.
If they were normal faced people and had plastic surgery that means they have low self esteem and self confidence. so yeah. thats all i can say.
