is there any harm in wrapping your stomach with serened wrap?

I hear that its good to wrap your stomach because it helps you sweat more but if there a limit to how often you should do it or how long to leave it wrapped??

    This is usually done when the person needs a fast way to lose a few inches off their waist. Yes it works because you sweat so much you lose a lot of water weight. When i went to enlist in the Marines in 07 someone there wrapped their waist with that nad preperation h and went jogging for a few miles before leaving for MEPS to be weighed in

    Sweating more does not equate to more fat being burned. Sweating is your bodies way of cooling itself and has NOTHING to do with how many calories that are being burned. You will only increase the amount of water weight being lost, this is commonly referred to as dehydration. The your scale will show some weight loss your body will quickly replace it, less the 24hrs.

    it does help you sweat more but that is only for extreme cases. one cannot wrap the stomach for extended periods of time because that causes dehydration, which leads to electrolyte imbalances, which can lead to heart problems.
