I weigh 135-136 pounds. Im 5'5. I eat a healthy diet. Im still trying to lose lbs & tone up. Any suggestions?

I noticed that I dropped inches around my thighs which is great. i cant fit my clothes anymore because they are now to big. Problem is it looks like my body is pickling where to drop the lbs from. I am still trying to drop inches (at least 2, Im 28 inches in the waist). I walk the treadmill for 30 minutes at 3.0m/h & higher in addition to house chores and errands.

    the best way to loose weight and tone up is long distance running.. problems - its difficult and takes a while until you can keep it up, you would most probably regain the inches from you thighs but in muscle. but, it has done wonders for my waist and i have lost over 10kg (about 22 pounds) (i wasn't fat before).

    you got a jump rope, or just a rope. ok. do each of these a day. and punish your self if you forget. like, no dinner, no desert, tell your family and friends about this to, let them help you

    jump rope for 10 minutes each day.

    (if you dont know what they are, ask me) ten squats (keep your back straight), after the first ten, do another ten, but during each squat, when you are bending your knees as much as you can, jump into a push up position and do a push up. then jump back up onto your feet, and keep on repeting. go to just squats, squat push ups, squats, squat pushups, like that 5 time (5 times 10=50)

    get 2 objects, 30 feet away from each other. for 30 seconds, run back and forth as fast as you can, touching the top of the objects. repet 10 times, rest a minute in between.

    drink alot of water, at least 8oz a day. it sounds crazy, but the more water you drink, the less will be in your body.

    sweat alot.
