What are some healthy, kid-friendly snacks?

I am looking to eat healthy, but I am really picky about foods. So what are some snacks I can make in no more than like 7 minutes that are kid-friendy?

Notice:

No cheese

No green foods

No Sour cream

Update:

PLEASE make sure they are healthy. Things like Oreos, Hot Pockets, Pizza Rolls or Bites, or other packaged foods are high in carbs and/or calories, not to mention fat and sugar. I'm looking for things that or fresh. Its much more of the time safer if it isnt in a bag.

I have a 15 mo. old daughter, together we make frozen yogurt pops by either half freezing a mini yogurt then sticking a popsicle stick in it and freezing it the rest of the way or by mixing yogurt and fruit in popsicle trays and freezing them. She absolutely loves them and they're pretty healthy. She also loves turkey with hummus wrapped in lettuce; which is also healthy. I also have animal cookie cutters I use to cut fruit; it makes it fun so she wants to eat it.... Hope that helped a little bit
