My bird started off sweet...then he turned into a terror for about a year. Squirt him with water every time he bites. In no time at all your sweet bird will come back, I did this and it worked on my bird. Now, he never bites and loves to be handled.

Somewhere along the lines you broke the ring of trust. Birds are instinct driven...if at some point you did something that your bird interpreted as danger it will bite you. This is the way of birds. Have you ever owned a bird before? I do not agree with the spraying thing. In fact that answer angers me. Birds build on trust. Not force. If at one time you reached in an hesitated the bird would see this as fear and would also bite. It would dominate. You need to ask a whole lot more questions if you want this relationship to work. People who know birds know that when they get bit they either pressed to far or acted to weak. I am sort of sad for this bird.
