hi all, i have a bt landline and i have virgin broadband was £9.99!?

now my last bill was£13.09 and it will be £18 after that , h e l p !

i spoke to virgin put my foot down i was given £11 for 6 months £14 thereafter. shall i stay or shall i leave that is the question?

    there would be a place like fair trade over there i presume you should call them and talk to them and tell the internet company you will call them they may get their bums into gear then

    You lucky.. my virgin broadband is £20 a month now .. cant change as no BT line .. only cable access

    go to your on-line account and see what the charges are for.you may have went on a chargeable website
