It will take your body 1 to 3 months to get used to the new hormones.

  • Wait until you finish all your placebo pills if still no period test

If the test is negative start your new pack

After the 1st week of the new pack retest and if still its negative you can be rested assure that you are not pregnant and its just your body adjusting to Yaz

This happens when you change brands - not all brands have the same hormone combination or strength - If she was doing good on the other - why did she change? Also- USE CONDOMS!! because until she has had 2 scheduled periods on the new pills - she is not protected against pregnancy - and "break-through" bleeding may indicate that these pills are not strong enough to prevent ovulation -- You can get pregnant on BC pills -- I did with #2!! the second month taking them - because they were not strong enough --

My sister switched her birth control and got pregnant, so yes it can be possible.. Give it about 2 weeks and take another test from the day you missed it.

Your body could be adjusting to the new pill, I sometimes miss my period while on the pill so I suppose that changes can cause that too.

Don't worry about it too much but if you are really worried go to the doctor.

Normal. Don't worry about it, as long as the pregnancy tests come up negative.

Very possible but be careful. Make sure you call your doctor just to relieve your mind.
