HELP!!! my computer is infected with spyware, how do i fix it?

Question

i downloaded a torrent and after i instaled the program a new black wall paper with bold red lettering telling me that my computer is infected came up and i cannot get rid of it.  after restarting the computer i can no longer open any program and all i get is a little popup on the toolbar saying WARNING! ____.exe is infected and cannot be started. please run your anitspyware software and a new program"system security" keeps opening. i cannot open norton because it is blocking this and i know its an adware/spyware because they want me to buy their program to rid the computer of the virus but if you can atleast name the virus or how to get rid of it that would be great since i cannot even find its name.

Im running Windows XP Home SP2

Yes you have a Rogue antispyware program system security in your system.
To get rid of it:
