Name of Horror Movie: Woman trapped inside large tank of water...?

This is pretty much the only thing I can remember from it. The woman was trapped inside a large tank where it eventually filled up with water and trapped her inside. I believe she found a way to breathe through a tube that was there--but I am not completely sure. I think she was broken out of the tank at the end.

I think that there was also a lot of surrealism in the movie with a lot of weird looking and scary monsters/characters.

Any suggestions as to what this movie might be would be greatly appreciated!
