    Ask a local electronics store like Radio Shack. You can listen to tons of police scanners online, around the world too. Not to mention am/fm radio feeds, ham radio and cb radio and tons of other stuff.

    People love putting their scanners and stuff online so others can tune in and listen. Some even allow you to actually tune the channels you want to hear.

    Google it. You'll be surprised.
