Is this a normal cycle to have?

My period started last month on the 25th. It lasted 6 days. This month it started on the 17th. How long of a cycle is that? And is that normal?

I have always had a period every six weeks and sometimes I will miss one and not have one for another six weeks. I have had no problems with getting pregnant so far so I am assuming that I am just as fertile as anyone else.

It depends on the indivdual person. It sounds normal to me. I was concerned that I wasn't getting one every 28 days, but my GP said that every six weeks sounds normal for me and alot of young women miss periods from time to time.

If you are worried about something though, even if it seems minor, it will put your mind at rest to get it checked out.

Well it depends how long you have been having period's my first year was really irregular and i also stayed on for 8 days now two years on i come on every 30 days and its last's for 5 days.

If this carry's on then i would consider seeing your GP :) You just get into a normal cycle anyway X
