How do you serve A&B roll?

I have a tin of A&B roll and want to serve it in a traditional scottish way. I've never eaten this product before. What are the usual accompaniments? Does it make a good sandwich filling?

    It's fine in a sandwich. You could also serve it with a salad or try it with boiled potatoes and veg or baked beans.

    The only times I have eaten it it was on a roll or sandwiches.
