Im not buying anything online and my Gramma is buying it at the store for me she lives like 45 mins away and im gonna see her soon so I asked her to get it for me and she said okay but I still have to tell her what size because I won't be able to try it on.

i think you should go with a medium because american eagle kinda runs a bit bigger than other clothes

AE's sises are for small juniors, so I would say get a medium but if you have time always try on both. I do like that dress! Have fun and good luck!

Because of liberal interpretation of sizes by manufacturers, you can't rely on buying without trying. Can't you get to Macy's? If you can, there should be qualified staff on hand to advise you and help with fitting.

go to the store and try it on in a medium and a small and see which one fits better

If you're buying online just get both and try them on and return the other one that doesnt fit.
