What can I do during the summer on rainy days?

Question

1. I don't like reading
2. My parents are at work most of the time
3. I'm an only child
4. Not aloud outside during rainy days

AND, I'm only 13. I can't do much things on my own..like drive. 
So, I can't go anywhere and I don't have my own money. If I did, I wouldn't be here, asking this question. I'd probably be at the mall. But alas, I'm not old enough yet.

I don't recall ever having this problem when I was 13.  Of course, I did like reading. You could play video games if you like those, or listen to music - even write your own music!  Learn to sew.  Paint.  Draw.  Ask your parents to take you to a craft store and get supplies to make jewelry or knit or crochet or embroider or do any one of a zillion other crafts.  Exercise.  Learn to cook. And there's the old standby, TV.  There are 100+ cable channels, surely there must be something that interests you.

Think of it this way, if it's raining you don't have to water the garden if you have one.

Take up a hobby.  Ever try doing some art work.  Pen and ink, colored pencil, paint.  Get a few books from the library.  Who knows you might become an artist.  

Find a pen pal and start writing letters.  Not on the computer, hand written letters.  That should be something different.  No one "writes" letters anymore.  Keep a journal.  Get a dog or cat unless you already have one.  Either that or get another. 

If you're really bored clean the house and get rid of all the cob webs.  Now that sounds like fun.

Ask your parents if you can take a fun course during summer school.  Could meet some new friends.

im 13, only child, parents at work, and also not allowed outside, i dont like reading either, :O :O :O wow long lost sister.
ok well.....not much. im bored to death allllll day too, i just watch movies or watch tv, i also call my friends and talk. i invite friends over to sleepover and just have fun with no parents,  but i dont kno if ur allowed to do that :P hope i helped :(
