Nip/Tuck Canceled - Can You Believe This?

Question

Can anyone believe that Nip/Tuck was canceled this week? The final episode was filmed last week. According to the news report, Nip/Tuck will air the final season in 2011 (if at all), which is still up in the air. How upsetting. I love Julian McMahon and hope that he will soon be on another television show. Thoughts anyone?

I didn't realize it was cancelled because it was only announced this morning on the Entertainment Network. This is where I got all of my information. I copied it word-for-word.

I know, it is so annoying. I love this show and will really miss it when it's gone. There will be a total of 16 episodes for Season 6 with the first 8 airing in January 2010 and the remaining 8 airing in January 2011. Now that really is annoying!!! But they are planning on spanning it out until 2011 for some reason. But yes the final episode will be the 100th episode. Angie x

Hon, it's been cancelled. It's going up to seven seasons (or six, I forget), and 2011 is when the final episodes will air. There's going to be a season in 2010 though, before the 2011 episodes happen.

Well that seriously sucks. I've been looking forward to it. I hope they at least decide to sell it as a box set so those of use who are actually collecting can have the whole series. I only have 1-4 because I wasn't going to pay $50 for only part one of season 5. That really sucks.

I am in shock! This was my favorite show on TV EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really sad about this. Why would the show get canceled?
