What are the chances of getting a job after going thru 3 interviews?
I've had three interviews with the same company. First was a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview with the managers and I just finished an interview with the CEOs of the company today. I think I did pretty well, but I was really nervous with today's interviews. The position starts next week. Have you ever gone thru 3 interviews and then did not get the job?
The job starts next Monday and they told me today they'd call me tomorrow if I got the job. Is this a good sign?

Very good cuz think about it they called you back 3 times just to get to know you more .Rite now jobs are competative and employers wanna make sure they are gettin a top quality and energentic fun person so they must like you if they keep giving you more interviews =) they just cant get enough of you lol

Yes. I did a phone interview, a written test, and then a face to face. They only called 3 of us back for the face to face and 2 obviously did not get the job. This was for a managerial-in-training position, so they really try to weed out the duds. Just cross your fingers and if you don't hear from them in the allotted time they state, give them a call to check.

Yes, there are never any guarantees. They are obviously interested in you or they wouldn't be spending so much time with you. Send a thank note or email to the person in charge of the interview. That is a very good way of showing that you know etiquette, and are suitable for corporate life.

It can happen. Send a thank you note, to the people who interviewed you,thank them and express your interest, or state how you can be an great help to the company.
