I'm a Christian and I'm answering B. You're forgetting that Satan is the one who causes us to sin through his influence. most of the time when we end up sinning, we blame God.

Actually B could be a correct answer for someone who believes in the Bible.. That God created humans and now plays a part in the world even today? Of course Christians believe that.

You have shown yourself to be a fool because you have created a question without researching the subject enough.

You claim that c must be the answer to all Christians, however, it is obvious that b is logical based on what Christians believe.

    Nice question... lol

    a. created the universe & all things in it but does not intervene

No. I believe that He created all things, and does intervene. The most infamous intervention can be read all about in the New Testament.

    b.

Yes. Out of love. Creation is the ultimate manifestation of love, breathing life into something else. It's beautiful.

    c. I don't know what you mean by drown babies. I know that the Old Testament times were cruel places, and I know that there are some actions God did during that period is hard to reconcile. I still haven't reconciled myself to all of them, I won't lie. But I also trust that God is both Just and Merciful.

    d. That's not a sentence, bro. :P "do you believe in a god that gods are fictional nonsense?" Lol, nah I know what you mean. No, I do believe that some "gods" are anthropomorphic (in characteristics, not necessarily physically). These anthropomorphic gods are created. I am thinking gods like Zeus, with their sexual prowess (human virtue) and might and what not.

Mercy, selflessness, sacrifice. This is what the true God beautifies. Humans do not beautify these things.

First off, the first "humans" I don't believe in adam and eve. The forbidden fruit, the apple, wasn't actually discovered YEARS later. A, something created us, and you're correct on intervene. B is correct. What kind of question is C? As for D, that's a question that everyone questions.

I am a Christian, and my answer is b.

Yes, I know...babies died in the flood. However, that doesn't make God a "petty" God.

We know that, according to the flood story, the people were "evil".

We don't know all of the details, but one of the major manifestations of "evil" is almost always child abuse.

Consider our own society, where we must protect our children from everyone from their grade school teacher, their pastor, their scout leaders...all the way to their Uncle Bill.

Don't waste your time feeling sorry for babies who drowned who-knows-how-many thousands of years ago.

Rather, you need to feel sorry for the babies born in our society today...if they are lucky enough to be born, that is, seeing as how we are murdering them by the millions in abortion clinics.

The amazing thing is that God continues to let us get away with such blatant child abuse.

For how much longer, I wonder?

    How much longer......

I believe in a god that created the universe by writing a set of physical laws, and can only change the events in that universe after it has been created in small ways through the chaos and randomness inherent in some of those laws.

Yes I believe in God and He believes in me. :-)

His only begotten Son died on the Cross for me and my sins.

I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.

God knows the questions you're going to ask a month from now.

He goes before us preparing the way. So He knows what we're going to do before we do it. Just like He knew you'd ask this question and I'd answer it.

The rest is called free will. God gives free will to everyone. What we do with that free will is up to us.

It's sad when we use our free will wrong. Because we don't realize we will answer about every thing we do and say.

"An evil man is held captive by his own sins; they are ropes that catch and hold him. He will die for lack of self-control; he will be lost because of his great foolishness." Proverbs 5:22-23

None are really lost they just have not asked to be found.

"Today is the day of salvation. Now if you hear His voice, do not harden your heart, but be soft toward Him." 2 Corinthians 6:2 paraphrased

Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."

    John 3:16

16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
