What are the essentials of planning a Maquerade Ball? How can i plan a masquerade ball?

Make sure that you inform everyone you want to come well in advance so that they can make and or buy there own masks. giving them ut at the door is going to have it so that everyone looks the same!

I would try and get them to all look different! I am having a Happily Ever After Masquerade ball in February for my 21st! I just let everyone know that there was a theme, what the theme was, and that any one who does not show up in costume will not be let in!

As for decorations, Like i said pick a theme and decorate off of it! Keep if mysterious. That was what these balls were all about!

give out masks and everythiung i had one once too. get beads, and streamers of all masquerade colors you feel appropriate, like silver gold black red ect... get big maskes to hang on the walls or from the ceilings.
