Alright, rocky, I can help. Here's what you do: turn off your wifi, and go to your computer. Look for a wifi router close to it. When you find it, there should be a wire that you can unplug behind it. Unplug it. Then, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in. Wait about a minute, and turn your wifi back on, on your ipod. Your wifi should work now.

I would say to restore your iPod Touch. The first time I downloaded OS 3.0 all apps would crash as soon as I started them. I restored and it is working fine. If restoring doesn't work try re-downloading the OS by going into (on windows) C:\Documents and Settings\*username here* {for vista it's the "users" folder}\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Touch Software Update and deleteing the IPSW you already have and going into iTunes and hitting the "Update" or "Restore" button depending on what mode your iPod is in.

BTW: If you are on a Mac I think the location should be Macentosh HD/Users/*username here*/AppData/Apple Computer... and so on (I think)
