What Is Watercolor Over Graphite?
I was interested in using watercolor over graphite. The internet was of little help. Would anyone be able to explain the steps involved with this painting technique?

That would be called a mixed media picture, which is fun to do. Either paint and then outline or what I've done is outline after the painting process. It really doesn't matter which you do first, and I'd be particularly careful to not paint in the lines. This is where it looks good to go over the lines in quite a few places. Call it odd or what but it makes it more interesting. Hope you enjoy this new way of painting, at least for a while. FYI, it is also fun to use charcoal or Conti, or black pen.

Since graphite will be dissolved with water, you need to make sure that when you finish the graphite part, dust any excess off the page.
When you put watercolor on top, you have to use as little water as possible, for more water will interact with the graphite part
