Is my husband going to jail to get away from me?

Question

He has had warrants in 3 county for driving on suspended license and he has slowly been cleaning them up, well he has delay his last one until recently when we get into arguements he tells me to take him to jail.  Well this time he accually did it 40 days leaving on a bad note.  Now I dont know if we are together or separated. or even if he is going to come home. Is my hubby going to jail to get away from me?

Who knows, but absence makes the heart grow fonder, maybe when he gets out your relationship will be better cuz he won't have arrest warrants hanging over his head and you 2 will have had time to realize what you had.

I'm not sure if you'd want to stay in a marriage if the answer is yes - I mean your husband would have to be miserable to pick jail over being married to you.

Do you think your relationship is really that bad? If it is then you should file for divorce while he's in jail and find someone you can make happy instead of someone you drive behind bars.

Honey, your hubby is going to jail because he broke the law.  If he wanted to get away from you, I'm sure there are a lot of other places he could go.  Why would anyone "want" to go to jail?

if he is going to jail to get away form you, then let him.. the air in the jail will make him realise which is a better place to live..
