Does death come in three's?

It always seems to come in three's, my husband is a funeral director, embalmer, he said it always runs in threes.

Ed McMan did NOT die today, he died on Tuesday, but it took a couple of days for the news to leak out.

The saying goes "bad things come in three's", bad luck, etc., not necessarily deaths. After all, more than just 2 or even 3 people died in the world today...

Katie is not going to die. She extended her contract for 3 more years. there is not going to be 3 deaths B&B said there will be 2 big deaths but now I am wondering if tiny counts as one? there is storm...that is 1

In my life, things definitely seem to come in threes. But maybe that's just me.
