INSTALLING A 24FT BEADED LINER IN MY POOL?

I an installing a 24ft beaded liner in my pool and every time i install it we come up with 2-3 inches extra on the bead??

is the new liner bad???

I have installed 3 liners in this pool over the years and the beaded part has always been a tight fit.

any suggestions???/

    Could it be because the temperature is higher than the last time you did this? What if you do in early in the morning when things are cool.
