i dont think you look like wacko-jacko (no offense RIP), i wudnt take it as a compliment. :/ but about you hair, LOVE it. think it looks cute jus the way it is. i know the whole side swept hair is almost "going out of syle" but i suits you! :D if you really wanna change it. i say cut it short, dnt spike it jus short but not skin head short.

i think its ok. the flippy bits a bit random but if thats how u like it leave it. personally id get rid of it though....

i think maybe try trimming it and layering it. thats how my bro gets his hair done and it looks pretty good so i think it'll work for you too
