What happens when you eat too many avocados?
i told my madre i like them.
and she says don't eat too many!
but she forgot why.

They're high in calories and fat- a medium sized avocado has between 300 and 400 calories.
That doesn't mean that you should stop eating them- they are high in unsaturated and monounsaturated fats that are very good for your skin, brain, and heart. They also have lots of vitamin B and potassium.
They are definitely not bad for you, but they pack a lot of calories, especially if you eat guacamole with chips and sour cream. Moderation is the key.

You'll get fat. They don't contain any cholesterol but are really high in fat. Only eat them when you're hungry not just because they taste good (like binge eating). Too much of anything is bad.

its quite a caloric fruit (contains lots of fat- that's why there is avocado oil) that's probably the only problem
