What shoes for job interview?

I will be wearing a black pencil skirt, cream cami with lace detail, black fitted suit jacket with small cream pinstripe. The interview is for a sales management position. I live in South Carolina so it is full swing summer here. Is an open toed shoe ok? Do I still wear pantyhose if I do wear an open toed shoe? Should I stick with a black shoe? I am feeling like it is too much black and maybe I should go with silver or something like that to make it a little more special. Would another color work better? I will be interviewing with a man if that makes a difference. Please help. I have never had a job that required professional business attire and I want to make a good first impression.

Update:

If this helps I was sent an e-mail to confirm my interview, give directions etc. and it suggested a suit and tie for men but did not give suggestions for women. I feel like it needs to be quite formal and professional.

When it comes to the colour of shoe it really comes down to the area of sales management that you are going for if it's clothing retail go for something bold, but everything else probably a black simple shoe to be on the conservative side. The white cami will break up the black you can also add a broach with some colour and a purse as well.

When it comes to open toe shoes business edicut is that you don't wear an open toe shoe, so stick to the closed toe.

Go with a closed toe pointy black pump. It's safer than risking an open-toed shoe, which tends to look less professional (toes in the office are usually a no-no) and too sexy. I don't think you are required to wear panty hose though, especially in the summer heat! I think bare legs are fine, as long as your skirt is up to the knee (an inch above the knee is also fine). And I don't think it will be too much black..you can never wear too much black in a business setting!

Personally I would wear the skirt with a brighter more summery colored top with no jacket. Wear an open toed heel, but make sure its not too strappy and hooker looking. Thats my opinion

those are actually not interview footwear, they're night footwear in case you ask for $13 you will desire to get it. Worst case is they say they might basically pay 12. no person ever lost a job for soliciting for slightly too plenty.

dont wear pantyhose try a red pump that works well with the black and white color scheme but if you only have black that works too GOOD LUCK :)

I think short dresses, coz you show off more lower limbs, but really it doesn't matter both is going great

I think long skirts are great, you're protected up without the restrictions of pants.
