Glow in the dark tattoos, just for black lights?
I've been wanting a glow-in-the-dark tattoo, but all I've found is tattoos that can be seen under a black light, and not just any absence of light. Is this (just black lights) the only way to see a glow-in-the-dark tattoo? Thanks!

There is a good reason you can't find them. The FDA has not approved ink that actually glows in the dark. The ink contains radioactive material that is know to cause cancer. You can get the ink in a different country if you want to take the chance of getting cancer.

It's UV [ultra violet] reactive ink that's used for those tattoos. Not the same as stuff that glows in the dark.
