Can you tell me why my marriage has lasted 21 years?

well good for you, makes a change to hear someone still happy, iv beem married twice both cheated on me etc, then got with really nice bloke but i cant forget my past & what men have put me through so i ended this 6 year relationship, coz i feel im just waiting for him to do the same, i think some of us are just meant to be alone, i have my kids thats all i need... good 4 you 2, i hope you have many more happy years together

Coming up on my 22nd anniversary, we have 2 kids (teens), we adore each other, and also have a good life, stress and all. He is a wonderful man and I just love him. There are many great marriages out there - they just don't post questions on here because they don't need to. Good to hear from someone else!

If you don't know why it lasted 21 years, how would we? My parents are celebrating 35 years....mine is 9 years strong....many marriages last.
