First things first I hope you're driving a manual. If you're not that's the first thing you need to get changed in your car because if you put either on an Auto tranny that's not built for it you'll be changing it anyway. The Supra came with a TT option but anyone that's actually tuned a Supra for more power swapped those for a big single. All the idiots above me that say TT is more power, the stock twins on the car are not able to make 800+ hp like a T-74 and bigger can make. If you're looking for throttle response get a TT... if you're looking at making a beast that takes a minute to spool up and then goes 60-150 in 7 seconds get a big single.

    Single Turbo Supra

I do know the Supra internals can handle twin turbos with out upgrading the fuel injectors, fuel line, pistons, and all that other good stuff. So your car is pretty much made for that. Awesome car BTW

i would personally go single turbo. not too much different in terms of hp and tq. in terms of motor safety, if u mis shift with a twin turbo u do more damage to the motor than u would with a single turbo. and it depends on the turbo. if its a bigger, more powerful turbo then just one is fine. if its stock or weaker, then twin is the way to go.

Source(s): used to build supras for racing crews.(not pros)

    tt!!! more power!

plus the twin turbo's in supra's are set up in sequential mode to eliminate turbo lagg. at lower rpm's, one turbo would work, then as rpm's rise, the other turbo kicks in and the other takes a break, then the other one kicks in again.

as in interior you can keep it stock but I would prefer to switch it all just so that you feel more comfortable in the car
