Why is it I buy a cheese thats been aged in some cave in Italy for 4 years?

Well I think Italy is close to the time line, so food there would expire quicker. Cheese is a dairy product, so that can rot easily, too. Your better off throwing this cheese out, I wouldn't trust it. I hoped I helped. (:
