    i would set a salary cap for all teams....although im a yanks fan

    Replays, but then again it would ruin the whole umpire stratedgy in baseball. They created replays to be able to see homeruns, but if they made it so that you can see replays like a challenge in football it could ruin the game. Thats the thing about baseball any thing can happen, and a bad call or good call can change the outcome of the game completely.

    No DH.

    3 balls instead of 4 is a walk. It would force pitchers to throw strikes, and speed the game up.

    I would get rid of the umpire completely. We have technology that can tell weather the pitch is a ball or a strike we just need to develop a method to inform the players if the pitch was a ball or strike.

    Do away with replays. The game has been fine for over 100 years without them.
