Best ways to get on weight ?
Hello everybody, am looking for the best ways to get on weight, here is my day :
Breakfast : 4 hotdog ( average ones ) sandwishes + Cola + fries
Lunch : 1 big plate of pasta/rice + chicken/meat balls
dinner : just like breakfast (or) 2 hotdog sandwishes + hershies choclate
Am 19 years old and I weight only 60 KG ( 132 LBS )
Need your opinions people :]

You should be eating lots of calories, but not from unhealthy foods! Add some high calories, protein-rich foods to your diet instead of junk. you will build lots of muscle instead of getting fat. Good luck. ♥
