Am I allowed to nickname traded Pokemon in Platinum/Diamond?

See, I got this Milotic and Beldum from Japan, and the names are in Japanese...

And, if Ditto and Milotic make an egg and a Feebas comes out, will the name be in English? And the same with Beldum.

    you can't nickname trade pokemon but if you make eggs with them the pokemon that comes out will be in english even if the parents names are japenese.
