I was born and raised in Los Angeles so I am a Dodger fan but my father was born and raised in New York so growing up I always cheered for the Yankees too. I had that connection watching games with him. Anyway, I am very excited at a Yankees v Dodgers World Series for this year. I don't know who I would cheer for but I think in the end I'd end up going for the Yanks. I have too many memories of watching the Yankee Dynasty with my father to ever root against them in a World Series even though I was born in LA.

I would give it to either the Boston Red Sox or the LA Dodgers. Boston has unbelevable pitching depth, and they have world series experience. The Dodgers also have a very good team. They have been impressive by finding ways to win without Manny. They also have a great manager in Joe Torre. The yankees on the other hand do not have pitching depth, and only a so-so manager. They have the largest payroll in baseball, and still aren't in first place. In my opinion, they do not have that "it" factor, which makes great teams.

Who cares?
It's the same thing every year!
Red Sox, Yankees, and who ever else.
World Series is fun to watch, and would be a lot better if the Jays made it in though. ;)
Jays are going down hill though... :(
