mechanics need to make money. they get paid SH*T! most anyway. just pay for what u need done and see what needs done when you can afford other stuff. if its driving well and is ok for a while then do it up, if not spare what you can to fix what you can.

I don't know why, but you're question reminded me of a funny story. One time I went in to get my car fixed and I got it back and it would only go about 20 mph. I called the guy and I was like your guys screwed up my car! He told me to bring it in and I did. After waiting for about 3 minutes, the guy figured out my problem. I had a sprite can lodged under my gas pedal.

#1 be sweet and womanly, no spitting, burping or cussing because at the end of a day of working or hanging out with a bunch of burping cussing men we want the opposite when we get home to our woman. 2. Shower clean with that pretty lip gloss they always wear. 3. something accomplished either a clean house or she got home from from her job that she helps pay the bills with. either way something that shows she is contributing instead of sitting on her butt. 4. A good meal waiting and if she works a plan to make a meal together or just a movie together. 5. Knowing that she was man free all day. No men in the area of my woman makes me feel great. 6. for extra credit kisses and hugs.

    Dealerships are horrible.

they alsways look for things to fix on you car even though they dont need to be replaced at that time. just because it says in a book that they never show to the public.

does a book like that really exist ??

i went once to have my brakes checked. i had about 40K miles on the car, they said i had 5 - 10 % remaining and i should changed them ASAP, very dangerous to drive like that.

I went to BRAKEMASTERS and had the same question and they told me i had another 25 - 30% left in them, i even went to see the pads myself. they didnt look bad at all.

they even offfered me a 20% discount when i was ready to bring it in. the total cost was a lot lower then what the dealership wanted.

This is why I fix my own cars. For instance, my daily driver is 16 years old and has 240,000 miles. Just about everything works too and it get consistent 33 MPG mixed driving.

They mess with it in certain spots, so suddenly there's a "leak."

I used to think it was just coincidence, but now I am less naive.

I think it is safe to say that they don't get paid well for what they do. But, on the other hand, my husband is a teacher and he does not get paid very well for all that he does (being in charge of 25 first graders).

So, just cuz they are paid squat does not mean "we don't pay them a lot." Geez. Whenever I get an invoice having to do with the car it's always at least $100 (for "diagnostics" and labor).

I wish I knew more about cars. Hey, wait, I wish I knew how to cut hair. Oh, and I wish I knew how to be a plumber, and.....

because all good things come to end and when you fix one thing with a new the old things come out

they want a lot more cash. don't go to smaller businesses unless you know the people really well. Stick with big names like Aamco or something. They won't screw with you because they want to avoid any kind of lawsuit they can

if you take it to the dealer you're always guaranteed to spend a lot more than you planned.

delaerships are the worst places to go get service done. there are lots and lots of better places that do the work right or even better and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

DONT TRUST ANYTHING DEALERS TELL YOU.
