What pitcher holds the record for most consecutive strike outs to open a game?

The Pirates Ian Snell recorded 13 strike outs in a row to start a game for AAA Indianapolis. Which MLB Pitcher holds the record for most strike outs to start a game and who was the last one to get atleast 13 in a row to start a game?

I don't know who holds the record to start a game but the MLB record for consecutive strikeouts is only 10 by Tom Seaver. So, no one has matched the feat of Snell at the major league level.

No idea who holds the record to start a game.

But Tom Cheney of the Washington Senators holds the MLB record for most strikeouts in a single game when he struck out 21 Baltimore Orioles batters in a 16 inning game in 1962. Kerry Wood, Randy Johnson, and Roger Clemens (twice) hold the MLB record for most strikeouts in a 9 inning game with 20.
