How to change profile image?
Okay, my turn to ask a question for a change. I've uploaded an image in order to change the profile photo in my Yahoo Answers profile. When I look at the profile, the new image is there. But the image doesn't appear with any of the new answers that I post, nor with any of the existing ones. (Nor with this question, it seems.)
I tried searching "profile photo" in the search window and got one answer saying to upload the image in my Yahoo 360 account. But when I go there and look at my account, the new image is already there.
Also, there's an announcement that Yahoo 360 is closing down soon.
So what am I missing?
Followup for True Colors: Thanks for taking a stab at this. I read your 2 links and it seems I've already done those steps.
In your last paragraph, you mention clicking PREVIEW, then OK. When I first click MY PROFILE, then VIEW MY PROFILE, I see the new image as stated above, but I don't see a PREVIEW button. The buttons on screen are CHANGE PHOTO, EDIT PROFILE, plus there is a list of my most recent updates, one of which is "changed his photo profile." There is no PREVIEW button anywhere on that screen.
So I still can't see what's missing, other than the PREVIEW - OK step. Is that it? Where do I find it.?
Second followup: Found it. I was clicking VIEW MY PROFILE instead of EDIT MY PROFILE. I made the change there and it worked

Because Yahoo! 360 is closing the images used there have nothing to do with Yahoo! Answers. Your choices are to use your Yahoo! Avatar (the cartoon one), your Yahoo! Profile photo, or no image at all.

Once you have edited your Yahoo! Answers profile and chosen what image you want to use do not forget to save your changes by clicking Preview and then OK. Now if you have chosen to share a new avatar that you just created. Refresh the your browser page that is showing your Yahoo Answers profile to allow it to load and show.
