Michael Jackson: Guilty or Not guilty?
At school today, i was talking to a teacher, and she said GOOD RIDDANCE TO MICHAEL JACKSON
And i told her, he wasnt a peodophile.. the kid lied.
and she said to me:
youre so naive, dont be stupid.
HE ADMITTED HE SLEPT IN THE SAME BED AS A LITTLE BOY.
she got really angry, so i didnt say anything after that.
Ok, so they shared a bed, does that make him a peadophile?
Millions of fans are mourning over him, does this make millions of people naive too?
he was found not guilty, so why do people still think hes guilty?
R.I.P Michael.

He was found NOT GUILTY by the court of law.
Has she ever looked at the court documents regarding the trial?
It's the media/tabloids that makes it look like he's guilty.
If I share a bed with my little sister who's 10, does that make me a pedophile?
NO!
So therefore, your teacher is the one who's naive, not you.

People lie. Children, their parents and their lawyers. In her book 'Michael Jackson Conspiracy' an American reporter (Aphrodite Jones) provides what's basically a compact version of Jackson's 2005 trial. It details exactly what happened in the courtroom, the witnesses and what they stated and the facts that were revealed and exposed. When the accuser, Gavin Arvizo and his family, mother and siblings, stumbled over their testimonies, contradicted themselves continually and became argumentative when presented with facts, they were clearly proved to be lying. Their attorney, Tom Sneddon was exposed as a liar and extortionist, and it became obvious that the case was a sham. Michael Jackson was no OJ Simpson. He was found NOT GUILTY by a jury that saw right through these lies, through the Arvizo family and through the appalling media garbage that plagued MJ until his death.

In retrospect the whole case seems like a farce, Jackson being an easy target because of his weirdness, and I feel really bad for all the grief that he went through with those child abuse accusations.
I was never an eccentric fan of Michael Jackson and didn't see the release of big hits like 'Thriller' (born 1988) but I do remember being absolutely blown away by the music videos to 'Scream' and 'Smooth Criminal'. Awesome dancing going on there! Growing up during the 90's, MJ always seemed to me to be a strange but brilliant dancer and charitable pop star. He actually holds the world record for largest amount of charities supported by a celebrity (39!).
I will for ever remember Michael Jackson for his moonwalk, the charity work he did and the fact that he was an extremely talented musician who wrote almost all of his songs. He deserves our respect, and may he rest in peace.

Yeahh, he admitted that.
But that doesn't make him a pedophile.
Michael was like one big kid.
He did those things in the mind-set that
he wasn't doing anything wrong and he wasn't.
Even though people were suspicious, he knew
he wasn't hurting the children and that's why he continued
the same actions. Michael Jackson is in the guiness world
records for being the largest giver to charities in the world-
most of which were child programs. Would a pedophile
give millions upon millions like Michael did? I doubt it.
Michael Jackson is simply a victim of the media.

I think it was a scam to that was setup to get after Michael's money...Michael isn't the type to be a child molester...if that was the case, don't you think his own kids would be involved as well? Don't you think they would have told someone if there own father wrre doing things to them unappropriately? Your teacher is an very ignorant woman....Michael briefly stated on tape during an interview with 60 Minutes...that he did allowed children to sleep in his bed....BUT he slept on the floor. And other thing, There are parents out there that teaches their kids to lie and cheat....And that is what I believe that happened, they told their kid to lie so they would get money out of him because they knew that he made millions. And just like the "baby accident" when people stated he was an unfit father and dangerous...The fans wanted to see the child and they kept poundering him until he let them see him....he wasn't doing it as an stunt he was only giving the fans what they wanted. Michael adored those kids and they adored him. It's time for people to stop harassing him and calling him out of his character he's a human just like the rest of us...it's time they show a little respect.

I DON'T KNOW
And the fact is, NO ONE DOES
In my heart, I hope he was innocent, but being totally honest, I don't know. No one knows what really happened except for MJ and the 2 boys.
I've studied both the 1993 case and the 2003 trial for about 2 years, and I must say I really don't know.
Fans are always gonna say "not guilty" and haters will always say "guilty", but the fact is, none of them will ever know for sure.
Edit: lol @ dark chocolate's comment XD I've been outta school for like, a month

Their minds are where it shouldn't be. People jump to conclusions when they consider any adult with children sharing a bed. (As you should be, but I always say the truth always comes to light and in his case, if it were true, it has not come to light.) They don't understand his childish behavior, his inability to ever grow up, and the fact that he was really naive about a lot of things he didn't have time to know about. He never had that transition period from child to adult, and as a child he had an adult agenda. And you will never please everyone anyway, no matter what.

He was acquitted. A lot of people forget that FACT. If you look on Wikipedia (look under People vs Michael Jackson) you will see the "scum" (and what upstanding citizens they were - lol) that accused MJ of being a pedophile. You might want to ask your teacher (cough) why he didn't go to jail? And being a teacher, she should explore the FACTS and not gossip. Print out Wikipedia article and shove it under her nose...

It's not like he lured that boy in to his home and kept him hostage.
If you read in to that family they were hungry for some $.
Sadly I think he was a talented artist who got jaded with his fortune.
Many many people took advantage of him and he had nobody to trust.
I think his fans would like not to believe he did anything wrong.
Personally I think he was set up and just loved being around boys 11-13 and that is where he felt the most comfortable. He couldn't trust adults.
He was robbed of his childhood or one we know of.
I think you have a very opinionated teacher and she's entitled to just that but it doesn't mean she's right, or wrong.

Not guilty.
He liked being around kids as they were less critical of him. He barely had a childhood of his own & tired to create/ get it back i.e Neverland. R.i.p to the best entertainer on the planet.
